Low progesterone, but still a heart beat

I got my first ultrasound at 8 weeks 2 days ago. The doctor said I looked more like 7 weeks with the baby being 1 cm. We heard the heart beat at 146 bpm. I asked the doc to take a blood test because I was worried about low progesterone after having a previous loss.

He called me yesterday saying it’s at 5 and they expect it to be at 15 at this stage. He prescribed me progesterone suppository right away.

Has anyone else had something similar and ended up with a successful pregnancy? Any feedback will be helpful, I’m very concerned.

I'm not sure if my progesterone levels were low prior but I do take weekly injections of progesterone to prevent me from going into early labor after I believe about 12 weeks pregnant. It seems to work well for me.

Oh jules i didn't know you was pregnant congratulations.
Great u saw a heart beat but can understand your concern regarding progesterone.
Hope the suppositories help with that and all will be good.
