I'm TTC and my OBGYN thinks I need to supplement with Norethindrone .35mg, which is a "mini-pill" that contains only progestin, on the day I ovulate, continue for 7 days and stop if I don't get a + test. I'm so confused because they are treating low progesterone with a birth control pill. Does anyone else have any experience with this protocol?
