low temp

Brayden has just thrown up excessive amounts twice within a half hour which is VERY unlike him. He's only thrown up maybe 3 times his whole life.
I took his temperature and it was 36.2 C or 97.1 F
He was 8 weeks premature.
Would this be regular sick appointment or something I should take to get checked right now. It's like 1:30 am.

My son was sick the past few days too and hes a preemie....his temp was 95.4...weird. He needed a breathing treatment, antibiotics, and is on a pulse ox here at home due to his breathing being crazy...I would get it looked at
