Low uterine/whoha cramping soreness 7dp5dt

So my first beta draw at 6dpt was 40. I haven't had a second draw yet but this morning I had a sharp pain go through my stomach as I tried to get out of bed. Now I am having low cramping like soreness down to my girlie parts. Is this a normal symptom early on. I would be considered 3 weeks 2 days pregnant. Any advice would help

Sounds like round ligament pain and the hoohah feelings will be extra blood flow x
