Lower abdomen discomfort and a pulling/stitch feeling

Hi ladies

I think I’m around 7dpo and I’ve been experiencing a heavy feeling in my lower abdomen and a slight pulling/ pinching feeling kind of at the left side of my pelvis, kind of feels like a stitch.

I know it is probably way too early to experience any signs or symptoms of pregnancy at this stage but I can’t help but feel different/ strange.

Have any of you lovely ladies experienced something similar which led to a BFP?
