lower back pain- anything to worry about?

Hey everyone, i've got a pretty sore back It is like a dull ache with shooting pains when I do too much... I remember having it when I was 30+ weeks with my daughter. Because i'm only five weeks I am worrying its a bad sign! Can anyone reassure me?

It could be sciatica, I've heard it's common in pregnancy.

I've had a sore lower back since the start but I have a tilted uterus, so that's why

I can't offer any clinical advice but I can say I get this, too, usually when I'm tired or I've been doing too much.

I am at 11wks and suffer from low back back most of the time.
Those days when I sit longer , drive or if i sit or lie down on hard surface like floor...not on soft bed.

I definitely remember the back pain around 5 weeks along. I still get it sometimes if I've been on my feet too much.
