Lower back pain

I'm 13+2 and got awful lower back pain, had it all day today. It's SO painful, it's throbbing and pulsing and I can feel it all across my lower back. Should I be scared?

I've had a strange pain this entire pregnancy. AWFUL! I don't know what it is. It's like pulsating and throbbing and lasts for a few minutes at a time. Now that baby's heavier, it goes all the way up my spine and up my neck. I can't do anything when it's happening! I just breathe through the pain! Does your pain sound similar to this? Everything is fine with my pregnancy, and I'm due in 9 days, but it was extremely worrying earlier on.

I've had awful back pain from fairly early on and when I move the bottom of my back makes a popping noise, I've had this in all my pregnancies and it just gets worse with each one I guess it's just as your ligaments get more slack your lower back has less support. Might be worth getting a physio referral if it persists.
