I'm almost 8 weeks pregnant with #2 and I've noticed a dramatic decrease in my supply. I used to be able to pump 5oz just from one side in the morning and now I'm lucky if I get 2oz! Could this be due to pregnancy OR is my milk just changing to meet the needs of my (almost) 8 month old?

He gets bottles two days a week while I'm at work and I'm really struggling to pump enough to make his bottles. I'm able to do it, but his bottles are smaller. :nope:

Pregnancy can definitely lower your milk supply, maybe pump a extra time to try and boost production?

I might add a pumping session in the afternoon, and maybe even take fenugreek or a similar supplement.
At least it's only two days I need to worry about!
