Luteal phase after D&C

My cycles were never regular, but they were 30-32 days for some time before I conceived. I had my first AF about 6-7 weeks after my D&C. I'm now at the end of my second cycle and no AF yet. I'm at cycle day 34 and 12 dpo. I know that the cycles can be way off for some time after a D&C, but is that usually because ovulation is pushed back or doesn't happen and this pushes back the literal phase? Ive been getting all
Kinda of crazy symptoms that I'd never had before, something else that I heard is common after D&C. I took a pregnancy test today and it was negative. How long after ovulation should I wait before getting a doctor involved? Also, I realize I can't be 100% sure I ovulated. I'm guessing I did based on OPK results and the telltale (for me) pain low and to one side and breast pain. Ever since 4 days after ovulating, I've had light cramping and breast pain that comes and goes. At times I've had sudden sensations of being sprayed in the breast with liquid nitrogen. I hope this is not my new normal!

Sorry for your loss, I had my D&C on the 18th of aug and was told to follow up within the next 6 weeks. maybe you should call your doc im sure they will be able to help you better understand.
