Luteal Phase Defect

I haven't seen a group for people who have luteal phase defects. This is something that is driving me nuts. I noticed it in April when I first started to chart. I started getting af in December 2010 after coming off of depo so maybe it's because of that? In April it was only 5 days, and now it's up to 9 or 10 days. I started taking a vitamin B complex last month and it hasn't worked yet. This month i'm starting progesterone cream.
What are your experiences? Has anyone had any success, and if so how did it happen?

I'm also dealing with that. Last month, my temps would drop below cover line. This month I started taking vitamins and they have stabilized but it dipped today on 10 DPO and now I'm just waiting on AF to show...very frustrating.

I'm 10dpo too, and af showed up tonight. It was heart breaking. I really hope my progesterone cream works. I will also be seeing a fertility specialist so I hope they can help me to figure this out as well. I hope yours gets straightened out soon.
