Luteal phase got longer?

Anyone have a short luteal phase and then a longer one? Why would it do that? Stress?

I am 13DPO, last month AF came at 11DPO.

I've had blood on and around my cervix since 8DPO. I've spotted since around 11Dpo, and had strong AF like cramps at 11DPO, and I swore AF was coming and nothing. Ie continued to spot and I cramping again today so maybe AF will come although I haven't had a temp drop yet... Maybe she will be here tomorrow.

Anyone, I'm very confused. I took a HPT this morning and BFN.

Anyone else have a LP that became longer? Or one that was short?

I read today that a longer lp is a good sign. A fertility specialist whose clinic is getting a lot of GOOD attention said this his name is Thomas G Hannam. Just Google "how your menstrual cycle reflects your fertility" I don't know what causes it to change but you might find some of what he has shared useful. Then scroll down the page and people are able to ask him questions and he answers. I hope thus helps

I read that anything shorter than 10 days is something to be concerned about. B6 is suppose to help, as well as vitex.

My last one was 10 days, I am hoping this one is longer it I will be talking to my dr. About taking vit b6 to lengthen it. My cycles went from 52 days after bc to now 35, so I'm guessing my body is just taking it's time regulating...ugh! But FX that you get you BFP this cycle and AF won't come after all!!!

Thanks girls! From what I've read, luteal phase stays the same. It's you o date that moves around and your cycle, but generally LP stayed the same.

Maybe last month was a stressed month for me or so

Last month my LP was 7 days I was 7dpo. This month I am 5DPO and not due on for another 7 days. I have been a lot more relaxed this month. I've probably been on this site all of 4 times x

I tried vitamin B6 last cycle and this cycle... It delayed my ovulation both times but my LP stayed the same....

Well AF came at 14DPO

I'm glad my LP was longer. DH and I go on holiday next week so I'll be very relaxed
