Im confused about this ? I do know im taking B6 because I ovulate too late.
 
Do you chart? Use opks? If not it's the only way you could really tell, basically fertility friend would indicate ovulation with the information you give it, temps, cervical mucus, opks, then you count the days from ovulation until your period. That is your luteal phase. It is supposed to stay the same every month although I don't believe that as mine never is, but I am irregular.
 
Temping is the best way to figure out your LP. You can get a general idea with OPKs but temping and charting is the most accurate way.

Anyway, you would count from suspected ovulation date to your period and that amount of time is your LP.
