Luteal phase question..

Hi, I wanted to know if you count your luteal phase as the day you start spotting or the day you have full flow of blood. I just want to determine weather I have a short luteal or a normal one? If anyone could help that would be great...

Your Luteal phase is from the day of/after ovulation to the last day of your cycle. It is the days after ovulation. Since the first full flow day is considered CD1, the day that you are just spotting would be the last day of your Luteal phase.

Fingers crossed hey, I'm having a lot of "symptoms" but you know it could all be in my head...lol..
