Luteal Phase

Hello.

I am preparing for TTC in a few months & I have quite long cycles between 36-38 days & I'm pretty sure I have 10/11 day Luteal phase my question is do you tend to have the same Luteal phase every month or can it change month on month? just confused when to use my OPKs as I wouldn't ovulate until day 26-28 if it stays the same each month.

From what I know, your luteal phase tends to stay about the same from month to month, maybe varying a day or two.

I don't ovulate until cd25 or so (give or take a few days), but I also have pretty long, irregular cycles.

Brill thank you, just I only know that from an odd month I used OPKs last year as I was completely off track so most people seem to test a lot earlier but if I tested from CD10 I wouldn't have any left by the time I ovulate lol.

Mine usually stay at 14 days. Sometime a day or 2 longer if I ovulate early. If cycles are different length it is usually for me that I ovulated on different days
