hello! first off - i have learned more about fertility, pregnancy and coping after a loss from the women on this site than anywhere else. thanks for all the advice given in the past!
wondering if anyone can help with this question - i keep reading about soy iso and maca. when do you take the soy iso? i have read just the first five days of your cycle. and as for maca - do you take it all month?
as i am only ttc for a couple more months i am open to trying anything.
thanks in advance for all your responses!

Hi, there is a thread on here called "Soy Isoflavones! Nature's Clomid!" Gives great info and is about 466 pages long. The soy is taken like clomid, days 1-5, 2-6, 3-7, 4-8, or 5-9....and then you pick your dose, keeping in mind soy needs to be doubled for the equivalent of clomid. For example, 100mg SI is = to 50mg Clomid. Check out the thread, very interesting but not exactly sure how to get there as I just googled it and that was what came up. Good luck.....not sure about the maca, but believe it is a superfood that is good for you.
