MACA BFP's?!

Hi everyone, I'm new around here, and I'm going to be taking Maca during my next cycle, so I was wondering from those of you who got BFP's from taking Maca:
how many of you got it on the first cycle?
How much did you take?
I ordered in capsule form, is that OK?
What CD did you start taking it?
When did you stop taking it? (After confirmed O? After BFP?)
Any of you have bad side effects?

actually.. a cycle and a half after QUITTING maca I got my BFP.. haha.. so after 4 cycles on it.. I quit mid-month and got my BFP the next month.. so whooo knows!

erin7707 congratulations i am taking Maca capsule 3 x 500mg but not sure whether this much is enough or should I increase my intake. Could you please advice how much you were taking. Thanks.

AAAACTUALLY.... I took maca for about 5 cycles, and I quit taking it half the cycle before and the cycle I got my BFP! I was maca free.. haha. so it didn't help me! Good luck!

The effects will have been beneficial You're meant to have a break from it anyway, one week off every couple of months.

To the OP, I've been taking maca recently, although it's too early to tell if I'll get a BFP!

I did take a break from it for a week each cycle at AF. Just saying, pretty sure it's another gimmick!

:ROFL: yes, it did that for me too, but now sometimes I wonder if taking it was actually hindering me from getting pregnant.. bc the cycle I quit supplements I got pregnant! Lol
