Hi Ladies

Strange question but does anyone take Macca? I have some I brought last year and then we took a break and I cant remember when I should be taking it!!

Hi-I don't know if this will help you but I have been taking maca (liquid extract/3-4x/day) from cd1 until OV, second cycle.

I seem to have increased sex drive/more easily O but this is all I have noticed so far.
