Making a banner

So I made a super awful banner for my group because I don't really know much about it, but I wanted us to have SOMETHING.

Any advice on what website to go to where people are making these awesome banners that change colors and stuff? Or is there someone who wouldn't mind making us something like that?

I just don't know where to start! Thanks!
