Did you buy the next size up etc or just stick with the smaller ones?

My girlie loves her MAM dums, but they were looking a little worse for wear so I bought her a new 2 pack today, 4-24 months Diamond but its a different shape and she doesn't like it much :sad1: All the ones for older babies had a more defined shape.

Shes got a small ish mouth, should I just be sticking to a smaller size or persevere with the bigger ones? LO is 5 months now.

Cheers

I've tried to move him up on them, too, but found it was too big for his mouth. So I just let him still use the smaller ones

I'm still using the tiny ones in the hope that she won't like sucking it when it gets too small, weaning herself off it

I had switched to the bigger size, and also from silicone to latex (accidentally bought the latex kind) and within a month Clara stopped taking a pacifier. I've since tried using the smaller ones again with no luck. She rarely used one in the first place, but sometimes now I wish she would take one as it would make life a little easier when she's fussy.

I'm saying with this size cos the next are huge. I did this with my first and I think he grew less dependant on it and we got rid of it by 7 months as he was happy without it. I'm sure if I had gone to the bigger size he would have wanted it longer

My daughter moved from the 0+ to the 6m+ really fast  she looked so funny as they are so big. It didnt worry her at all though but she still hates any other type of dummy.

Maddison's 11 months and still has the 0+ i've tried the 6months+ but they are far too big for her so i've just stuck with the other ones

harry is 6 months and we have just moved up to the 6+months. he has the orthadontic ones. they are quite big but i didnt like seeing him with the smaller one either! i try to limit it to nap timesx

Just give them a try and see what happens, you can always save them if she doesnt take to them

Evan won't take the 6mo+ keeps pushing it out of his mouth so we still have 0-6mo ones x

We used the 6months + from birth! My kids must have massive mouths lol!

we switched at 5 months- lyssa was struggling to keep the little ones in her mouth, she seemed to immediately prefer the new ones

I only tried the next size up because I won a set, so thought I'd give them ago, she takes both sizes now :-)
