Marginal placenta previa at 20 weeks

Has anyone had marginal placenta previa and it moved by third trimester? I'm a sonographer and always tell people that 60-70% of these relax away from the cervix but I was wondering if I can find out for sure from you ladies?
My placenta touches my cervix and will have a Caesar if I have to but I would really like to go natural. So fingers crossed it moves.

Can you let me know whether yours moved or didn't move?

I had this during my daughter's pregnancy. Usually they do move up and out of the way...I've heard up to 90% of the time. Well, I was in the 10% of women whose placenta didn't move up more than a cm, and I ended up having a c-section as a preventative measure. That was fine by me, as I did NOT want to risk delivering the placenta first, which can end in fatal disaster for the baby. I am pregnant with #2, and this time, my placenta is high up, and out of the way.

I had the same thing at my 20 week scan low but not covering went back at 32 weeks to be told it was now covering internal os and my consultant advised preparing for c-section.
I was re-scanned again at 36 weeks having TA & TV scans which she said is common practice to be sure and take accurate measurements to be amazed it had moved well clear and wasn't even visible on the TV scan it was that high so its always possible

I had this with ds2 and by the time I was rescanned at 36 wks it had moved up and out of the way. I've got it again this time but it's also anterior and covering my previous sections scar. I'm really hoping it will move up again this time too

I'm the same back at 32 weeks to see if it has moved up

I have this too. I'm ok with delivering by c section if I have to, but would prefer to give labour a go if everything corrects itself. I have a scan at 34 weeks to check.
