Masking URL?

Hi. If I am linking to an old post I made, but I want to mask the full URL how do I do that?

For instance, my ticker says: A life saved by fetal movement tracking:
https://babyandbump.momtastic.com/pre...pdate-pg4.html

I want it to say: A life saved by fetal movement tracking: Read AJ's story here

But I want the words "Read AJ's story here" to redirect to the full link.
