Massive appetite

Mini, yeah I know what you mean! Ive heard of that website but cant say ive used it.
Mrsmac, same here!

Mmm Chinese...craving for salt and pepper squid now, love that stuff!

Similar suffolk - weightlossresources?

Yes glad you are eating healthier now! I also used to do lots more exercise and the whole burn off calorie thing, its been hard letting go of control a bit, so I know how you feel. Much healthier to eat withing normal range for your size etc though, it just took me ages to learn that and exercise some moderation etc, and I actually ended up losing more weight and being more fit eating a decent healthy diet on around 1600 calories or so (more on weekends!) with exercise than I did when I was more restrictive - mad isn't it?!

not mad, exactly how it should be :) i learnt that lesson too and was the smallest/fitest in my life

Not a fan of squid either but salt and pepper squid from the Chinese is the daddy!

i think this is thai... tastes it, its from tescos, only 410 calories so not bad :p i can have pud pud lol

You are right - it does make sense, it just took a while to get my head around it but is so much healthier and you have a lot more energy etc.

Seriously suffolk, anything in that salt and pepper garlicky batter thing tastes good... even squid! ;)

This post makes me so hungry and I've just had dinner!! I have become such a pig.. Pre pregnany I stuck to 1200 calls a day plus 4x gym a week. Now god knows how much I'm consuming!
Today for me has been :
Weetabix and banana for breakfast
Humous and breadsticks plus little piece of banan loaf morning snack
Ham/pickle sandwich and yoghurt lunch
More breadstick and houmous for afternoon snack
Dinner sausage casserole and mash

Am sure I will have come chocolate with a cuppa once the kids are in bed too!!!

That's still well balanced and healthy embeth :)

I have been trying to change my snacks for healthier options and having more water as the weight gain is beginning to depress me!!

I'm definitely eating too much at the moment! My meals are fine but I can't stop snacking in between meals.

I think part of it is because at 37 weeks I'd gained 27lb, which I was happy with, so felt a bit like I can eat what I want as I would imagine I won't gain that much over the space of 3 weeks. My goal had always been to stick to 35lb, which is 5lb under what I gained with my daughter.

Today I had cereal and orange juice for breakfast, a banana in the morning, a small packet of sushi (was very small, 140 cals I seem to remember!), half a prawn mayo sandwich, a yoghurt and some strawberries for lunch. Then this afternoon I've had a packet of hula hoops and some fruit and have made a pesto chicken and butternut squash lasagne for dinner, which I'll serve with brocolli and asparagus. Pudding is likely to be another yoghurt I suspect, followed by a bit of chocolate!

I have always eaten quite a bit but I was doing Zumba 3-4 times a week and walking loads prior to getting pregnant so didn't put on weight, I had to give up Zumba at 29 weeks so I just rely on all the walking to help limit weight gain since! Xx
