mat leave entitlement for baby no.2?

were thinking of TTC baby no.2 real soon, however I am not yet back at work, return date is Nov but I have A/L til Jan if I fell preggo say nxt few months would I be entitled to mat pay?? x

It possibly depends on your terms and conditions through your work but I think you should still qualify for pretty much the same. There is a woman at my work who has just returned from having her first baby and is pregnant with No2 by the time she came back to work (she took 9 months off first time round). As far as I'm aware she will get the same as she did the first time.
