MATB1 - question

HI Ladies

quick question to you,

i will be getting my MATB1 next week, my due date as per scan has always been 29/06/14 ( week 40) but i will have planned c-section at week 38.

Should my midwife put the oryginall due date 29/06 or for planned csection.Will that matter?

I am planning to stop working on 06/06 (week 37) , b4 my cestion.

My midwife put orginal date on mat b1 I had planned csection too.
