Maternity allowance claim not on system yet?! How long did anyone else's take?

Hi ladies.
I posted off all my stuff two weeks ago for maternity allowance, was told it would take 10-14 days. Rang them today and apparently it's not even on the system yet? Does this mean they haven't even received it yet? If its lost in the post I am screwed! I have no money, they have my payslips and my matb1 form, so I can't send them off again. The girl on the end of the phone was useless and I am freaking out big style! S wondered if anyone else has and this problem? Or how long it took for ur claims to be processed? I'm also moving in 4 days, but can't change my address with them because my claim isn't on the system?! Hormonal and stressed is going to end up in some form of blood bath soon! Appreciate any help given ladies x

Mine took about 4 weeks to process, i have heard thats the norm. Hope you hear from them soon x

Mine has just been done. I'm expecting the money in 5-10 days so it will have been a month altogether. I've had my baby though and have lost out on two weeks worth because I thought I could claim anytime as long as it was less than three months after my baby was born. X x
