Maternity Jeans!!!

I just noticed this post.....I have maternity jeans from dorothy perkins over the bump ones that were BOGOF at £12.00 ( love their sales) and they CONSTANTLY slide down its really annoying because they are such nice jeans and make my bump look a lot neater. But when it comes to moving in them, sitting down walking etc they slide down and theyre really awkward to pull up because you have to pull your top up and grab each side and pull (haha) not easy to do if your out and about!

Think it might be the dorothy perkins maternity jeans themselves becuase my ones from new look are completly fine ....wont be buying them again no matter how cheap or nice they look!

:haha: They are the exact jeans! Funny isn't it? I am now thinking it might be the DP design so I will have a lookie at New Look .
Cheers Dear :flower:

I think the worst thing is that in between stage, too podgey for normal clothes but not bumpy enough for maternity stuff.
On the plus side I have the perfect excuse to munch on cakes and crisps-it'd be a total waste of money if I didn't wear these jeans!!!

I have the same issue and it makes me so frustrated. I hate walking around and every ten steps having to pull my jeans up. I prefer the over-bump type ones but even they are not perfectly behaved.
The best trousers I have came from H&M but they are only 3/4 length so won't do for Winter. I've tried other jeans on in H&M but they seem to have forgotten that pregnant women gain weight everywhere not just around their bellies, so some of them I can't get over my thighs, which makes me feel just great about myself. Thanks, H&M. Your clothes are already sized smaller than other shops.
It really is so annoying.
Bump bands help but don't completely solve the problem.

I have the same problem with my regular work pants. Really annoying. I think I'm going to have to start to wear skirts, though maternity pantyhose is also ridiculously expensive.
