lol. my scan was moved to Friday. is everyone working. I never worked with my 3 babies but now since being an nurse I have had 2 mc. I haven't worked in over a week just wondering if I should go back or not

I work full-time and plan to work at least part time after the baby is born. I will probably have to work full-time afterward due to financial reasons. I work a desk job though. Being a nurse would have to be hard on you to be on your feet all of the time. Plus, it probably wouldn't be good to do much lifting. Be sure to take care of yourself. The decision really is up to you.

I was in school before with the three and it was a lot then. im only 5 1 and I end on bed rest by 25-30 weeks hence I haven't been pregnant in 5 years nor have I tried to be. I am up for a desk job at a new place but don't want to take the chance of losing the baby while waiting to find out if I got it

Ask your dr. if you have the option of not working if you don't want to or don' t think you should. I'm sure your dr. will give you an honest opinion.

Everything went great at my first prenatal appointment! Due 5/6/2014 like I expected. Everything is where it is supposed to be. Baby only measures 1 day off (6w2d) and she said that is normal. Not only did we see a heartbeat, we were able to hear it too! The heartbeat was 124 and she said the normal range is 120-140. I thought we may see the heartbeat, but I never thought we would hear it! It was sooooo amazing!

I have the ultrasound posted in my journal if you want to take a peek.

How did your appointment go floridamomma? Was yours today or the 18th?

Had a scan Wednesday and there was still only a sac since last week. Rescan on Wednesday

scan done today ladies and I am in utter disbelief. I went from Wednesday a tech saying only a gestational sac seen to today sunday everything in place bub had a hb of 116 which they said is ok because im only 6 weeks 1 day which matches my long cycles!! I never saw or heard the hb for the other pregnancies. im over the moon ladies!! thanks for riding this roller coaster with me
