May have missed my surge...CD7?

Ok, I have been ovulating earlier and earlier ever since my mc in July. Last month was our first cycle officially TTC and I Oed on CD 11 (pos OPKs CD 9 and 10). This month I began using my OPKs on CD 7 and it was almost positive and they have been fading every day since. Is it possible I had my surge before CD 7's test and I missed O? I dont know why my lines are fading, usually they gradually darken at this time in my cycle. Ive also been temping. What do you think? Hopefully I will O between CD 12-14 but I have a bad feeling.
