Hi,

I'm new here so forgive me for babbling on.

I've been TTC for 6 years. I have PCOS so my periods have been hit and miss over the years. Mainly miss. My hospital wouldn't let me have fertilty treatment as they said I had to have a healthy BMI of 29 or under so i've been trying to lose weight and have lost 5 stone at ww. Since then my periods have come back more regular and for the last 3 month i've had a period ever month well average of 32 days. Anyway last week mon, tues and wed i picked up ewcm so bd. Yesterday I decided to test, i know prob too early but couldn't resist (on a cheapy ebay stick) and I got a really really faint 2nd line. I tested again this morning and its the same, a really faint line. I know i've heard of evaporation lines one cheap tests but in the years i've used cheap pg and ov tests i've never ever had anything other than the control line, not even the slightest hint of a 2nd. Obviously i'm excited by this but also scared its nothing. I have sore boobs but always get this before af the only other feeling is tight feeling in my stomach but i'm not sure if i'm imagining it.

Any thoughts?

That sounds like a BFP to me!! Maybe the line would be darker on a store brand test.

oooh i hope so. been a very long time coming. was starting to think its time to give up. i might give it until tuesday then take a clearblue digital see what happens. x

A lot of women on here have had bad luck with those cheapies and getting a false positive.
So I'd be leery of it.

I'd wait till you're late and take a better Hpt test.

Also just wanted to point out that if it is a BFP, then there is a specific place to announce it in LTTC at the top of the page. It's called the "LTTC BFP Sticky".

I'd go with what Army says and test when you're late.
