Ok, so I've been reading the posts here on the 2nd trimester forum and on the 3rd trimester forum... and I'm curious when mamas decided that LO was "getting huge" and you were feeling VERY pregnant.

Right now I'm 20 weeks and some odd days, I'm obviously showing but not a lot, I'm feeling LO every day- several times a day. But I don't feel particularly off balance or 'full of baby'. I don't get rammed in the rib by an elbow or foot (although the occasional bladder or cervix punch is fairly uncomfortable!)

I have some heaviness 'down there' if I've spent the day on my feet.

Third trimester mamas seem to have a lot of "VERY pregnant" symptoms and 2nd trimester mamas are more like my situation.

I would guess the difference comes in that 6-7 month (24-28 week) timeframe... is that a good assumption ladies?

It was around 30 weeks that I felt majorly pregnant and started to lose my balance etc, at 20 weeks I felt fine.

Honestly I'm feeling VERY pregnant now. It's only been since a few days ago but I can feel every single movement the baby makes, whenever she does a cartwheel I can see the bulges in my stomach and she loves getting stuck in my ribs.

A few weeks ago I'd feel the odd kick here or there but would be paranoid if I went a day or two without feeling anything, now it seems as though there isn't a minute that goes by that I don't feel her in there.

It pretty much feels as though she's taking up my entire abdomen and is quite heavy. This is an amazing thing, never did I expect these feelings :)

I got quite big in my 2nd tri more than my 3rd

Kicks in ribs - Im still not convinced I ever had that! A lot of heaviness below but thats it - again felt from second tri but just seemd heavier in the 3rd really.
