We are on Badgercare (Wisconsin's Medicaid). Well, anyway we got a letter from the Child Support Agency that my fiance needs to pay the government back $50 a month to pay for my stay at the hospital. Apparently, this happened with his ex also when they were together. They are calling it child support. Now, my fiance and I are TOGETHER. We are ENGAGED. We LIVE TOGETHER. They also had a child visitation schedule for us to fill out! Him and his ex have child support set up on their own terms (which I don't really agree with, but not really my say - I personally feel it should be court mandated so that she can't say that he didn't pay when she gets her panties in a bunch - she is vengeful and will do so if for example, he doesn't do things that don't even involve his son like buy her a GPS for example). But, anyway... I am so confused. I don't really understand why we have the schedule. I tried calling, but we keep ending up in a phone tag. Me and our lawyer.
