FOB has already had his appointment as his solicitor referred it (made him look better to make the appointment himself as he cancelled the first one 
)
Anyway, since then he has gone round telling everyone that the mediator told him our case isn't suitable for mediation... but i haven't even had an appointment yet so I don't see how they can come to that conclusion without me putting my side across too??? (unless of course the mediator has already figured out what a completely twisted and useless pratt he is!!)
Anyway, I have a list together of all the harrassment, threats, lies, blackmails, etc. that he has tried on and hope that is all I will need to show what the problems are. Just curious as to what lies he has already told them, but i know they wont talk about that.
It will be an... interesting.. day
