Has anyone else found that mediation is very profather and that their views as a mummy were dismantled?

I went through mediation, I found them to be pretty neutral really.

I had a judge and a child psychologist acting as our mediators - getting the professional view from the psychologist was really good (especially as she backed me up when I said that 50/50 wouldn't be good for Maria and FOB thought it was fine)
