My ex has been on FB talking to a girl he had stay round his on friday and them messing about and things and its really got to me. I know I should try and be a stronger person but it hurts. Its been two weeks since we split and he is shagging about and making me feel like utter crap.

Im feeling lonely as it is and this doesnt help at all how do you all deal with ex's sleeping with other people and getting in new relationships?

my ex got in a relationship 2 weeks after we split up and it hurt but it gets easier and try your best to ignore him, delete him of facebook is prob the best thing to do

I agree - block him. Let him wonder what you're doing, and do not let him know you care. Eventually you won't!
