mei tai measurements

hi all.

would someone if they have a min do me a big favor please and measure their mei tai and tell me the measurements, im after length of straps and also the size of the actual piece where baby sits, my mum is going to have a go at making me one.

thanks, it looks confusing to me but hopefully my mum will find it easy as shes good with sewing

That is the pattern I used and it was a little confusing at first, but if you just follow it, it turns out well! If you mom is good a sewing, she shouldn't have any trouble with it. I'm actually making another one based on that pattern now (just no hood on this one).
