I've never heard that. My OH tried to tell me once that wearing boxers all the time gives him a higher chance of getting testicular cancer or something along those lines.

yeah, tighty whities can decrease sperm count. Left to do it's thing the scrotum will drop further away from the body when it's hot, and tighten up higher towards the body when cold. Testicles need to be 3C cooler than then rest of the body for sperm to be made efficiently.
