I've been diagnosed with pcos as I have a hormone imbalance but ovaries are fine I roughly have a 28/31 day cycle but not always ovulating.
So I've been put on metformin I started it 5 days before my last af and when my af came it was so heavy I was shocked and af came a day early . Well since carrying on taking it on 9 dpo I had light spotting then 10dpo af arrived in full force again I've never had afs like this ( so heavy it's none stop and clots). My lp is normaly 14/15 days long and is now 9 days long.
So I'm wondering has metformin made any difference to others af?
