midcycle bleeding or cd 1?

hi ladies my cycles are pretty much not there unless i take provera due to my surrogacy journey that was on and off bc for 7 mo then a miscarriage at 6w. so last month i took my provera for 3 days then stopped 3 days later i started a new cycle and took soy days 5-9 didnt do anything so i waited till day 28 and did provera agajn and no soy day 12 i had pain in my right overy on and off all day with spotting ( and streatchy cm)in which turned to a light bleed still with slightly streatchy cm then went to not so streachy. so would i count this as a period or would i figure mid cycle bleeding maybe i ovulated?

any ideas
