Middle names to go with the name Summer?

I'm not even pregnant yet but my baby name obsession has been years strong already. My bf and I have agreed that if/when we have a daughter we want to name her Summer, but I haven't found a middle name to go with it yet that I love. (It can't start with an A, T, or I as that will give her unfortunate initials as her last name begins with a D) Does anyone have any suggestions?

Also do you find it weird/tacky or cool/unique when first names go with last names? Ex. Autumn Day, Winter White, etc.

I have to say Summer Lily is adorable but also Rae or Ray.

I like names that resemble other things-
grace, Skye, heather, Posie.

When I have a baby they will certainly be a hippy child hehe x

I do think names like Summer Rain, Autumn Day, etc. are a bit tacky. They sound like stage names to me.

I'm big on family names as middle names, is there anyone in your family that you'd want to honour? Even if you don't love their actual name you could find some variation of it.

I value that everyone has their own opinions (I stated earlier I dont care what others think) but you could offend someone who is sensitive.

That's okay, I'm not offended. Summer actually is honouring my grandmother, whose name was Sunny. I wanted to stick with an 'S' name and I like how the two have the same connotation. It's actually the first and last name pairing that I'm worried about being tacky, but if the middle name follows the same trend too that would probably be a little much, which is the only reason I probably wouldn't go with something like Sky, or Rain, however pretty they are together. My bf and I both love the name Summer, and when paired with his last name agreed it was great, but I don't want to set my child up to be made fun of or have a stage sounding name. I do think Summer Lily is lovely!

There is a vile woman called "Katie Hopkins" she's a TV personality famous for her comments on a show called this morning.

She would pre judge children on names and would often label them. I think a lot of that sticks in my mind and makes me defensive lol.

How on earth was that rude? I was trying to give her an idea. I wasn't saying "I think it's disrespectful for people to not honour family members." It was just a suggestion.

I think Summer is a lovely name, I don't recall saying anything bad about it? I said I don't like theme-y names, which she specifically asked.

I see that I may have come across a bit troll like which was not my intention. Like I say maybe I am quick to jump in because we have so many unique names in my family. But Each to their own.

Go with what you like and want not other people in the end

I understand that you're clearly defensive about this but in the future maybe refrain from jumping to conclusions and calling people rude.

No worries guys, I really do appreciate the different opinions which is why I asked. I see both sides, it's so easy to misinterpret things and have them come across in a way that wasn't how you intended on the internet. but I didn't find any of your comments rude and I appreciate the input.

she said NOTHING at all offensive in the slightest and have no idea where you pulled that from or why

I personally find 'discriptive' names to 'hippy-ish' like Scarlett Rose, Autmn Lily, Stormy Sky, Mae Rain etc...

you could use another family name, I dont see that as a bad suggestion but I would stick with a non discriptive one personally, maybe names like:

Estelle
Felicity
Lucielle
Claire
Madaline
Charlotte
Gabrielle
Natalie
