So just to top off my shit life, midwife visit this morning and shes concerned about uterus level and wants me to go for a growth scan. She thinks I m dehydrated and have lost too much weight : through morning sickness and stress, and it may be affecting baby.

I can deal with him affecting me but if anything happens to lo I really dont know what I d do.

Someone "up there" needs to give me a break... please.

Didn't want to read and run, and wanted to offer you a :hugs:

The only advice I can offer is uterus height is really variable at 14 weeks, and good luck with the scan.

xx

Ah hugs, try not to worry too much everyone grows differently. I know I suffered with really bad MS and had actually lost a few kgs by the time I had my 12 week scan! I was shocked but MW wasn't worried.
I am sure it is just a precautionary measure...
I measured spot on with my LC - He was 5lb at 38 weeks born
I measured spot on with my angel but through scan they thought he was a weeny one just like my LC - He was born 6lb13oz at 36 weeks which I think is a decent weight..
Everyone is different, just like every baby is different... so try not to worry too much xxx

Thanks for the hugs, shes concerned cos I have my notes from baby 1 and uterus was on target. With the second she said shed expect it to be higher/more visible by now.

It looks like your in good hands with the mw being so cautious. Try to stay positive and all the best with scan. Let us know how it goes x

I hope all is ok and your scan goes well. I think your Mw is being super cautious xx

Sending you some :hugs: that everything will be fine at your scan!
