Yup, just lots and lots of questions, probably send you to get blood work done and they *might* do an exam but most places wait until your 2nd visit for that. Its actually really boring
Appointments start getting better at 10+ weeks, thats when they'll start checking for the heartbeat, depending on the doctor.
I got asked loads of questions about mine and partners family history. She asked a few questions about any tests I wanted (downs ect) and asked if I wanted scans.
She also felt my belly and heard the heartbeat. She also give me my bounty pack to keep my notes in and a few leaflets about pregnancy.
She also tried to do my bloods but after 5 times I had to go hospital for it to be done. She might want a urine sample aswell, she will give you a bottle for this and you can then just do it and give it to her then.
