milk allergies & weaning

to those who have babies with milk allergies, i just wondered if you had found any ready made foods in the supermarket that are highly reccomended that dont contain milk? Sophie is 6 months old now and been weaned since 5 months. I have been making my own dinners for her she loves fruit and veggies. But im finding it a bit hard when my friends babies can have a couple of crisps or a yoghurt for after their dinner etc and poor Sophie cant due to her allergy. SO for those who have babies with this allergy, what do you give them instead?? ta

My lo is lactose intolerant and we just give him fruit at the mo. But Plum seems to be a very good brand for milk free products. Also Ellas Kitchen is good. I know Cow & Gate do a few milk free products but not used any other than their cereals
