Milk blister

does anyone have any experience with this? It is so incredibly painful to feed on. The gp gave me daktarin cream for nipple thrush but it's actually a milk blister. I don't know if it's come as a result of thrush but I've been on the cream for 4 days and it's still extremely painful.

I warm the breast and nipple with a hot shower and then I pop them with a sterile needle then feed immediately after and then the pain is pretty much gone.

I do the same as pp. Good luck. I had two and they were so terrible
