Hi im ff my lo and he has always had cow and gate stage one. For the last 2 week hes had dioreah just after me and oh had a tummy bug. Its been there for over 2 weeks and the hospital have checked for bugs and theres nothing there. It averages now between 2-3 a day so has settled a bit but still quite runny. My mum seems to think the milks not suiting him anymore so im thinking of changing him to aptamil 1. Ive heard it can make poo more runny and im not sure if i should change him?? Hes ready for weaning in the next couple of weeks. I would rather him be on another milk as hes always being sick on cow and gate and i dont know if its too heavy for him. Any advice please? should i change his milk asap? Thank you xxx
