Miracle cure for sore/cracked nipples???

You're going to hate me.... but I don't really think any of the creams work. In fact, expressed hind milk is probably as good as anything you can buy, according to the BfN: https://www.breastfeedingnetwork.org.uk/pdfs/moist-wound-healing.pdf

The only solution is to change the baby's latch so the pain disappears. And it does, magically, it really is a miracle cure and works incredibly quickly. But if the latch isn't bang-on, then it will get worse as it will rub again each feed.....

Sorry to hear its thrush hun but glad that you can now get treated. I think mine is definately thrush too but won't be able to get in to see my doctor til nexxt week now as she only works Mondays and fridays and I'm busy all day friday with wedding things

Going to try some of the suggestions on here in the meantime though x
