Miscarriage advise

Hi

Sorry this is probley long and will drag
I last had my period on the 2nd april and think i ovulated around the 15th april
I felt my breast sore instantly and i knew this feeling wasnt normal and booked a hcg blood test on the 21st april
I got my blood results back and it was 0 hcg so they said i wasnt pregnant and that was that
I wasnt bothered as i was happy in my life planning a breast enlargement and seeing surgoens and a big 30th birthday piss up
Anyway on the 2nd may the day my period should have came it didnt show up
That same day i was in agony with a tooth absess and had to have a injection to drain my tooth and 1000mg antiobotics and asprin pain relief
I didnt know i was pregnant and took them
The next day i took a test and it took ages to say but came back 1 2 weeks pregnant clear blue
I was shocked to behonest as the hcg blood test said no i really thought i wasnt
I rang my dentist to see if it was ok to keep taking the medication and he said yes
I carried on taking the tablets for 4 days till i found they was to strong for me i felt like i was on 50 cans off redbull and felt awful
I changed to 500mg instead half the dose
All i could think about is these tablets are just to steong for a pregnancy but i had to take them as all my fave was swolle and i has pus needed to be drained every few days from a tooth infection so didnt have much choice tho i blame the pills for all this deep down
Than a week later i passed through gastric flu and couldnt bare to eat or drink
Everything would come through me again i was at hospital put on a drip and gave more pills to stop me going a toilet every 30mins
That went on for a good week till finally i felt better
Than as i started to enjoy my pregnancy and felt happy i was pregnant than on the 19th may i woke up to some pinky discharge
To begin with i didnt think much off it but than it wouldnt stop
So i booked myself into a drs for a check up
The dr gave me a ultrasound and said that she expected to see more for 6 weeks and 5 days
There was a very tiny sac what only looked around 4 weeks
She than said to do a blood hcg test and if i see bleeding to go to the hospital
About 1 hour after i started bleeding
That was it i broke down in tears
I tried to pretend it wasnt happening and popped a pad in and sat in bed all day crying
By about 7pm it got more heavy like a period and my husband said to please go hospital
At the hospital they told me my cervix is closed but there is alot off bleeding whats not normal
They told me they cant tell if im miscarrying that i have to see what happens if i pass any clots or get strong cramps and to repeat a ultrasound and see if my hcg rise
My hcg was 759 today whats very low for 6 weeks it falls in the 2 3 weeks level or a miscarriage
They said either im not so far along in my pregnancy as i thought i was or i am having a miscarriage
As off now im just stuck at home confused
Im bleeding like a period changing a pad every 6 hours
I have no pain or cramps or any sign off clots
I guess its the not knowing whats going on what is breaking me
I just want it over and to try move on and forward
I am very sad i didnt think i would feel this way
Does anyone know how long this takes to begin
I was told if nothing happens after a week and the ultrasound is no different than ill need a d & c
Got to repeat my hcg bloods on monday too
Any advise would be gladdy accepted

I can't offer much advice, my past miscarriages have been major cramping and heavy bleeding with clots.
But I just wanted to let you know you're not alone. I had an early scan (around 4w) and everything looked normal (not that there was much to see, just the tiny beginnings of a sac). 5 days later, I had brown bleeding and panicked. I went back again, and they done bloods (1036 hcg) and said the sac had got bigger but couldn't see anything else and to come back in 48 hours. I went back again, and my HCG he doubled and sac grown, however, they also identified a mass under my ovary which my be ectopic. So I had to go back again the next day to see a specialised. The sac grew again (was 3mm) so they said I could be behind with my dates, and as there is a pregnancy in my womb it's highly unlikely to be ectopic. I'm back again tomorrow.
All this time I've been bleeding, but not proper blood, it's almost mucusy or watery, it's see through and no hint of cramps or clots (sorry, tmi ) it's been very light bleeding and I had an achey lower back yesterday and some slightly heavier bleeding.

HCG can be all over the place, some people have high and others low. Fingers crossed both our wee babies are ok, good luck with your ultrasound

Its awful isnt it
The not knowing whats happening
I ended up passing the sac yesturday
Well im guessing thats what it was
I took a pic to show my dr and going to ask for a follow up ultrasound to see if anythings left inside
I didnt have any pain or clots or cramps i was just bleeding light like day 4 off a period and than i went to go for a toilet and it fell out sorry tmi
I feel sad that its all over but i also knew there was to much blood for everything to be ok for me anyway

I really hope your story has a better ending than mine does

Oh no, I'm so sorry the not knowing is definitely the worst part. I'm not expecting a good outcome, my test looks lighter tonight than it has been.
It's so strange without pain or clots, I've been the exact same but knew with the blood loss yesterday it was most likely over.

I'll let you know how I get on tomorrow but I'm not very hopeful. I've sort of came to terms with it now, I've been bleeding on and off for a week now but just knew last night that was it. Hopefully things will happen again quickly for us both, it's just rubbish that we are going through this
