Miscarriage before period?

I don't even know if this is possible but I'm on cd 21, pretty sure I ovulated on cd12... My periods are never ever early, and I'm still bfing so I'm lucky if they even come monthly. But last night I had some faint spotting that I was hoping was implantation, but today I'm bleeding like super heavy all of a sudden. Like way heavier than my normal periods. Is this just an early period? Is a miscarriage before I even had a positive test possible? I am night weaning my kid too, I don't even know if that factors in. What's happening??

Sorry to see this post I'm not 100% sure but I had 1-2weeks postive on test before af and day af was due she did and I belive i miscarriage and I tested while I was bleeding and negative x

Thanks. Dr google tells me some people have heavy implantation bleeding but I'm not getting my hopes up. But then chemical mcs seem to happen around the time your period is due so I'm really lost and I guess I'll just wait and see what happens.
