miscarriage/pregnancy hair

hey everyone

i was just wondering anyone who had a miscarriage or full pregnancy afterwards how is your hair

mine feels kinda like straw lately and i am wondering if its due to all the hormones being wonky...

i lost my angel and almost 12 weeks.

i think i have heard of after pregnancy your hair gets weird...

My hair has been falling out in handfuls! I mean not literally but almost it seems! So gross and the texture has def been different. I've heard my friends complain about their hair post pregnancy but I didn't think I was far along enough to get that but I was definitely wrong haha.

My hair is sooo dry!

its ridiculous.

im doing like deep conditions with oils and treatments ahhh i think im guna do an overnight one tniite!

OH yea and my hair is falling out ALOT too..wtf lol

Beurrkkkk mine is all icky now too! Seriously while i was pregnant it was all glowy and grew really fast! Now i've been having to tie it up almost everyday cuz when i leave it loose (it's down past my shoulders) it goes all wonky and sticks up everywhere damnit!!

'SOB' i want my pregnant hair back lololol.

Mine has been falling out. Not overly dry but I've been losing it in clump fulls. :/ I thought it was stress and I didn't really chalk it up to the pregnancy but now that you mention it maybe that had something to do with it.

haha yea, I did a deep conditioning this morning and it's looking a lot better today but I've def been putting it up almost every day! I'll be really happy when it stops falling out!!

Wow so glad to see this thread! I have extremely thick hair usually, but lately I have been shedding like a dog in summer. My shower drain used to be filled w dh hair and now its all mine!!! I have never experienced anything like this!! It seems like the hair should still be healthy bc all of the vitamins Im on,but its a mess! Just another reason to get pregnant ASAP! LOL

I glad i saw this post also! My mc was at the end of june at weeks and my hair started falling out in globs also (example when i run my hands through my hair in the shower were talking 50+ strands at a time...yes i counted) my hair was extremely thick before i only had to wrap a hair scrunchy around it once and that was tight now vie had to stwich to smaller hariponys and wrap them around 4 times, and i cant hardly do anything with it anymore cause its so thin, stringy and dry now. i chalked it up to stress, change of hormones and the anethestia from being put to sleep for the d&c. im still scared to brush it somedays :-/ its gotten some better but the damage is done and its gonna take forever to grow back :-/
