I started crampong and bleeding heavily yesterday and am pretty sure I have miscarried (wil have a scanater today to confirm). I am wondering how long will it take for my HCG levels to go back down to zero, and for me to ovulate again? Online it ay 4-6 weeks but I was wondering if it will be quicker because I am fairly early on? What ha other people' experiences been?

I think that every body and pregnancy is different - for me, it was six weeks between my miscarriage and my next period. I had a blighted ovum and finally passed everything around 10 wks.

That early in I think you can ttc again straight away. With my first MC I was ok to try again straight after as was only just over 5 weeks. My cycle came pretty much on time. Same after I had my D&C with my second MC. It's just now second month post D&C that my cycles have gone a bit wonky. Had to wait a month to try after that one though.
Some people are fertile again straight away after an early MC. I didn't ovulate the first month after (1st MC) but everyone is different.
So sorry that you find yourself here x

I ovulated a week later than I usually would after my mc at 6 weeks. I got pregnant straight away but ended up being a chemical pregnancy. But I had a fairly normal cycle after that and am pregnant once again but having a lot of back pains so getting a little concerned. You can definitely try right again though, is what I'm saying! As soon as you are done bleeding and you feel well enough physically and emotionally :) there are many women who have a mc and then get pregnant right away and have a healthy pregnancy. I'm so so sorry for your loss! Rest as much as you can and take care of yourself :hugs:

I had a mc at 9 weeks, I got pregnant the next cycle and had another mc at 6 weeks, the following month I'm pretty sure I didn't ovulate. Its entirely up to you and of course if your body returns to normal!
