Wednesday 26th July, my partner and I happily went along to our 12 week scan. I lay on the bed and the sonographer started. After a few seconds I could tell something was wrong. She asked me when I last did a pregnancy test and how far along I thought I was. Then she said 'I'm sorry' i can't find a heartbeat and baby was only 9w2d. I am devestated, genuinely thought that everything was fine, my first pregnancy was a easy I didn't have a problem.
We were taken up to early pregnancy assessment and given our options and went home with some leaflets, all whilst I sat sobbing. I have chosen the medicial management route and am waiting for a bed to become available so I can start treatment and finally have this ordeal over.
Sorry I don't really have a question to ask just wanted to get it out.

I'm so sorry for your loss hun. :hugs:

Take it easy and be kind to yourself.

I'm so sorry blossome. It is a terrible experience to be on that table and know something isn't right. Those moments of silence before they tell you are absolutely terrible.

Feel everything you need to feel. This is a tough experience. Thinking of you.
